EHC · Odoo and operations · Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Your ERP should agree with your bank statement.

EHC is Ebraheem Hashem — Odoo implementation, operating reviews and custom development for Saudi businesses. I run a multi-company food and beverage group on Odoo 19 in daily production, so the advice comes from the operator's side of the desk, not from a slide.

19The Odoo version I run in production, every day — not a demo database.
15Companies in one database: POS, manufacturing, multi-company accounting, e-commerce.
6Write-ups published, each showing the exact behaviour in the code behind the fix.
4Products built and owned in-house, from Odoo modules to shipped mobile apps.
What I do

Three ways to work with EHC

All of them end with something you can use — a decision backed by numbers, a system that runs, or code that ships.

Consultancy

What to measure, what to fix first, and what it is worth. Operating and ERP reviews delivered as written findings with the queries behind them.

Reviews and audits →

Projects

Scoped, delivered, handed over. Odoo implementation and migration, process design, data cleanup, and the controls that keep the system honest after go-live.

Implementation →

Services

Ongoing work for businesses already running Odoo: retainer support, upgrade preparation, custom development and reporting that answers one specific question.

Support and development →

Reviews
A fixed fee against an agreed number of days, set before the work starts.
Projects
Quoted as a fixed price after a written scope. You see the number, and what it excludes, before work starts.
Retainer
Monthly, sized to an agreed number of days for support and development.

What moves the number: how many companies are in the database, what condition the data is in, whether custom code is genuinely needed, and how much training and handover you want.

Evidence

Judge it from the work, not the pitch

Each write-up takes a real Odoo limitation, shows the exact behaviour in the code, explains why the obvious workaround fails, and says plainly what the fix does not do. That is the same standard the paid work is held to.

Products

Built and owned in-house

The consultancy pays for itself; these are what it builds when a client problem turns out to be a product. Each is owned by EHC and published under EHC's own accounts.

In App Review

Dawam · دوام

Questions

What people ask before they call

What does EHC actually do?

EHC sells Odoo consultancy, implementation projects and ongoing support. In practice that means operating and ERP reviews, multi-company Odoo setups, data migration and cleanup, custom module development where standard Odoo genuinely cannot do the job, and retainer support afterwards.

How does an engagement start?

With a thirty-minute call, at no charge, about what is actually wrong — and no pitch if it is not a fit. If it is, you get a written scope: what will be done, what it costs, what it does not include, and how you will know it worked.

Will you write custom code?

Only where standard configuration cannot do the job, and I will tell you when it can. Nothing patches a core file and nothing is written that makes the next Odoo version somebody else's problem. Some of that development is packaged and sold publicly, which means the code is reviewed by strangers.

Who is behind EHC?

Ebraheem Hashem, operating as Ibrahim Mahmoud Hashim Trading One Person Company (unified number 7037243677) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Not an agency, and not a reseller — the person who answers is the person who does the work.

Next step

Have a system that is not telling you the truth?

Send one paragraph about what is wrong. You will get a straight answer about whether it is worth fixing — including "no".
